This agreement is a legal contract between you and Flower VPN (referred to as the “Service Provider”) regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (referred to as the “App”).

By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this agreement. Unauthorized copying, modification, trademark use, reverse engineering, source-code extraction, text translation, or derivative development is prohibited. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will provide notice through appropriate channels. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device may cause app failure or security risks.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you are also subject to the terms of those providers.

The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. Access problems caused by device arrears, data limits, weak signals, or roaming fees are the user’s responsibility. Using the App outside Wi-Fi may incur carrier data charges. When roaming abroad, confirm that you have permission from the bill payer and understand applicable fees.

Users are responsible for their own behavior while using the Service. Device battery depletion, local network interruption, third-party route changes, or partner-service issues may affect availability. We work to maintain accurate routing information but are not liable for indirect losses arising from such conditions. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates periodically, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. If the Service is terminated, your license ends and you must stop using and delete the App.

Unauthorized Use: No refund is provided if an account, license, or digital access is shared, resold, abused, or used without authorization.
