Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Flower VPN (referred to as “this Service,” “we,” or “us”) handles information related to accounts, devices, and operation of the mobile application (the “App”). The Service is provided as available, and we take reasonable steps to protect user privacy and data security.

When you download and launch the App, we may collect operational data needed to maintain the Service, including IP address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, connection status, and session duration. Approximate location may be used to recommend suitable nodes, analyze anonymized connection quality, and send necessary service notices. Sensitive information is processed only for the purposes described in this policy.

We transmit aggregated, anonymized data only to necessary service providers such as Google Play Services and Firebase for crash analysis, feature improvement, and basic maintenance. We do not disclose personal information to third parties except when required by law, regulation, user-safety needs, fraud investigation, or service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. You may stop new app-side data collection by uninstalling the App from your device.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable grace period afterward. To cancel your account or request deletion of personal profile data, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13; if such information is mistakenly collected, we will seek to delete it promptly. We use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to reduce unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to regulatory requirements or business adjustments. Please review this page periodically. Continued use after changes are published is deemed acceptance of the updated terms. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025. For privacy questions, contact the Flower VPN team by email at [email protected].
